-Easy visa requirements, no problems for foreigners including Russians to purchase properties, open bank accounts, money transfers, etc.

-Modern high-rises for investment purposes with a rather low entry threshold, stable income from rentals

What can one buy in Cambodia in terms of real estate?

For under $50k - a studio for renting out to a single tourist or a couple, with 10% yearly income.

For under $100k - a one- or two-bedroom apartment, may be even with the view, suitable not only for tourists, but also for long terms.

For about $200k - premium properties.

For about $500k or more - real luxury or commercial properties.

Russian investors are buying more and more in Cambodia, some Russian realtors open offices there.
