Where to Advertise Your Property-for-Sale to International Markets

The most important among international advertising platforms for your property-for-sale are real estate portals in the foreign languages, because this is where the foreign buyers would go the first thing in the morning to search for properties if they are concentrated on some international real estate purchases.
Such portals allow to search their huge databases by many parameters. The best of them (or with the most intelligent management) have two parts: 1. in the language of the foreign country for the buyers from this country looking for properties internationally and 2. in English for advertisers of such properties.
For example, let's have a quick look at the foreign real estate buyers' market in Thailand. The Bangkok Post reports in June 2022: "China's zero-Covid policy has seen Russians overtake the Chinese as the top foreign buyers of condos in Phuket, with the total in the first quarter 2022 exceeding the whole of 2021." Thus, Russian and Chinese real estate portals would be the most important for advertising Thai properties-for-sale.
The number one international real estate portal in China is juwai.com in Chinese (showing properties-for-sale from over than 100 countries) with the English pages for advertisers list.juwai.com . The number one in Russia is prian.ru in Russian (properties-for-sale from about 80 countries) with the English page for inquiries prian.info/feedback/ .

Portal advertising is probably a good active marketing tool for a seller of just one property or a realtor with one property to promote to the foreigners (when you do not have your own property website in the foreign language and use a portal listing instead). A portal ad can be also a helping hand for realtors and developers to bring more visitors to your own website with multiple properties, as portals usually spend lots of money on the internet promotion to increase visitors' traffic.
Free real estate classifieds in the foreign languages might work for some mass-market properties (of course with descriptions posted in human translation), but are not appropriate for expensive and exquisite homes as nobody would be searching for such homes at free sites.
In some cases it would be wise to check some industry websites suitable to advertise your property-for-sale. For example, a foreign website for golfers if you sell a home near a golf course (some foreign golfer might be interested to buy it as a vacation home). Or a foreign hoteliers' website if selling a motel on the beach (a new owner might happily come from the foreign country and will be filling vacancies advertising in his old country).
The sky is the limit for your creativity here and a bilingual help required with finding such suitable for you foreign sites, evaluating them for your goal from the point of view of their internet traffic, pricing, communicating with them and actual posting of your ad on the site.
