Selling to Russians News: Direct Advertising to Foreign Buyers vs. Working through Foreign Realtors
March 02, 2016

Hi Everyone,

Direct Advertising to Foreign Buyers vs. Working through Foreign Realtors

The second book in the new E-Series: *How to Beat Your Competition Selling Real Estate to Foreign Buyers* by Olga Kellen has been just released on Amazon

http://www.amazon.com/Efficiently-Advertise-Your-Property-Internationally-ebook/dp/B01BTCNYE6/ref=asap_bc?ie=UTF8

The title is *How to Efficiently Advertise Your Property for Sale Internationally*, and as promised, the e-book is all about the option of selling properties by marketing directly to potential foreign buyers and conveys the best cost-effective ways of direct advertising to the general buying public in a foreign country where you want to find a buyer for you property.

In a nutshell, this active opportunity to sell properties internationally (without foreign realtors being involved) is suitable for private sellers with some marketing budget to reach international buyers; for realtors who prefer to keep their full commission; for developers aiming at the foreign investors in their projects; and generally speaking - for all those who prefer to be a decision maker instead of relying on other people to make a sale happen.

The e-book covers the following issues important for your success in international real estate sales:

* How to choose the best foreign marketing platforms;

* How to deal with the language barrier;

* What to include in your foreign listings and websites;

* How to make sure you are on top of your competition;

* All other business necessities.

There are two major approaches to getting an international real estate buyer for your property: Through realtors in a particular foreign country who would accept your offer of cooperation and refer you a buyer found by their own means (no advertising costs for you, but you pay the real estate sales commission) or your own advertising directly to the general buying public in that country (you pay all the advertising costs up front, but no commission on sale, which makes this route cheaper if you spend your marketing money wisely).

I often receive questions of the same nature: which way is better? There is no "one size fits all" answer and the choice depends on your personal preferences, as well as some circumstances that are discussed in the e-book. Both methods of real estate international marketing are not conflicting and can be used separately or simultaneously - the decision is yours.

The first book of the E-Series was about that other option of selling through foreign realtors: *How to Find the Best Foreign Realtors and Make Your Offer of Cooperation in Sale Irresistible to Them*. You can go to the previous issue of the newsletter for details if you'd rather preferred such route, or look at other e-books at my Amazon Author's page www.amazon.com/author/olgakellen

P.S. You can read these Amazon Kindle e-books on any device (laptop, desktop, iPhone, iPad, etc.) with a free Kindle application that you can download from Amazon for your type.

P.P.S. I'll be happy to know your opinion on the e-book.

To your best business success,

Sincerely,
