Selling to Russians News: Ask me anything about international real estate sales and marketing
June 01, 2016

Hi Everyone,

Ask me anything about international real estate sales and marketing

This issue of my newsletter will be short and up to the point: I'm waiting for your questions on the topic of marketing and selling properties to international buyers. Everybody is welcome! Please do not forget to include some information about your situation along: what kind of properties you are planning or trying to sell internationally and in what country your properties are located or being built - as this might affect the answer to your question a lot.

What will happen next?

The easiest pie: Your question has been already answered (by me or somebody else) and I'll just send you a website link to the answer.

The worst case scenario: I do not know how to answer your particular question right away and will need some time to find it out, or if it requires a lot of time to spend on this research I might even ask you to pay for my time (only if you wish a detailed answer of course).

The best case scenario: Your question might appear to be of some general interest to many sellers, realtors and developers willing to find international buyers for their properties, and we'll make a detailed and long case study out of it together with you, and I'll publish it as an article or even e-book on the internet which will feature you with the live online links and you'll get not only the detailed answer free of charge, but also lots of promotion for you with your properties for sale over the internet (along with me, the author, of course).

As you probably remember, I'm publishing the *E-Series: How to Beat Your Competition Selling Real Estate to Foreign Buyers* at Amazon: www.amazon.com/author/olgakellen

There are already four e-books published (about bringing foreign realtors on board, advertising in foreign countries, budgeting for foreign marketing campaigns and about selling to the Russian market specifically). Also two more e-books are in the making now (on the topic of how to win over buyers in the foreign internet).

Then I'm planning to start doing interviews with real estate sellers, developers and realtors about their international needs and solutions for the further publications. Why not with you?

Questions? Please contact me directly. Hope to hear from you.

To your best business success,

Sincerely,

Olga Kellen,
