Let’s talk about a small island country of Seychelles today - as an example of such a recently discovered new market.

Thus, Seychelles, an African country on the islands in the Indian Ocean, small by territory and population, with a warm climate and beautiful coastal areas, beaches, and tranquil waters, is rather well developed, living off tourism for the most part.

For Russians, the entry is easy for short stays (no visa needed), and owners of properties priced above a certain threshold will get permits to live permanently in the country. I have had a quick look at the market of properties for sale from Seychelles in Russian internet. Not so many properties for sale are advertised there now, although some popular international real estate portals in Russian publish articles about Seychelles and reserve pages for future advertising. Seems like the market is still in its infancy, which is a promising opportunity for the early birds as property sellers.
