Selling to Russians News: How to find out: Are There Any Russian Buyers for Your Property for Sale?
March 01, 2018

Hi Everyone,

How to find out: Are There Any Russian Buyers for Your Property for Sale?

We all know that selling real estate to foreign buyers is a lucrative business, but marketing real estate domestically and internationally both cost money, and everybody wants to receive the best possible result for the least amount spent.

That's why before we even start any actions we have to find out: Are there any potential international buyers for us in the world (including Russia of course)?

Everybody's situation is different depending on the country, area and type of property for sale, but the methods to get ready to market internationally (or maybe to decide not to?) are the same.

I've already prepared some quick research for two countries - Hungary and Cyprus - assuming that we'd like to sell a property over there to international buyers, and thus we are first of all interested whether our marketing efforts would be fruitful.

For the texts you can go to the original postings in my blog *50 Secrets of Selling Real Estate to Foreign Buyers*, and then follow the methods that are described there for yourself and your own circumstances.

Here are the links:

Once again: These case studies for the two European countries (one of them is rather popular and the other one is even hugely popular with the foreign buyers of real estate) may be useful for sellers, realtors and developers from any country of the world who are facing the dilemma – whether to market their properties internationally or just stay closer to home aiming modestly only at the local buyers?

Using the methods described in the above mentioned blog posts, you may need assistance with researching your situation in Russian, and I can help with that of course.

To your best business success,

Sincerely,
