The Only Way to Sell Real Estate in Time of Crisis

As we see the borders closed all over the world (nowadays even Floridians do not want Northerners to come to their state!), how can we sell properties?

The answer is easy: sell properties remotely to international investors.

Of course, somebody who is looking for a home for his family probably wouldn't buy without personally looking at the property before buying, but what about an investor? Would he be interested in anything except for making profit? So, give it to him!

Make your description aimed at investors, even if it's a condo or a single family home, - concentrate on financials of renting it away. This will actually put you on top of anybody else who only tries to show the beauty of their property and area…

Investors (Russian real estate investors including of course) would be happy to see your numbers of CAP and ROI. They do not care for the color of walls, views from the windows, etc.

By the way, when the crisis is over, such investor-aimed descriptions will still be hot as investors will be still around.
