How to Be on Top of Your Competitors' Ads for Russian Buyers in 2024
April 02, 2024

Hi Everyone,

How to Be on Top of Your Competitors' Ads for Russian Buyers in 2024

Last time we talked about advertising your property-for-sale on Russian real estate portals along with other world-wide offers. Now let's see what can be done to be more visible for Russian buyers than your competitors.

Of course, we assume that you've done your homework to learn your country's rules and regulations about foreign buyers in general and buyers from Russia in particular (sanctions?), and you also know about perks and advantages that your country offers to international buyers (if any).

Another important topic: Would your property-for-sale be interesting to the Russian buyers? No sense to waste your marketing money if there is no demand for your product, right? For the correct answer you have to look at the recent portrait of the Russian buyer in your country - then you'll know whether he would be your potential buyer? Need help? Email me your questions.

In general, there are two types of international real estate potential buyers: those who already know in what country they want to invest in real estate, and others who just think of investing internationally with rather broad goals of preserving their money or having a vacation home somewhere, etc. Although the first type is kind of easier to satisfy with your property description, but it would be to your advantage to try and make it appealing to the second group too.

To make your property-for-sale more attractive than others in your own country and price range, you have to look at the Russian ads of your competition, analyze their pros and cons, and try to do a better job than them! Also what helps - it's paying a bit extra for your ad to be always on top of others from your country to increase visibility.

Now, to attract Russian buyers who are still in the process of choosing a country to spend their investment money, do not forget to mention how comfortable it would be for their money exactly in your country (what your government offers for foreign investors, to what level your country supports sanctions or not at all, transportation options from Russia, easy or not to transfer money for Russians and what to do to make it happen anyway if not so easy in general, etc.)

Need help with useful for your real estate marketing resources in Russian? Feel free to email me.

To your best business success,

Sincerely,
