Why do we discuss Chinese real estate investors here, on the website dedicated to Russian investors in international properties? Easy - the Chinese are ahead of the Russians in numbers of investors in the worldwide real estate nowadays, that's why they are a very interesting cultural group of buyers for realtors, developers and private homeowners willing to sell properties internationally.

Although my problem with writing the guide on finding the Chinese real estate investors was obvious: I do not know the Chinese language and culture, but anyway, I've put on my research hat and started digging through the internet and library shelves. A thousand hours of hard work brought the e-book *How to Sell Real Estate to the Chinese: Overview* to life. It is the tenth book of the *E-Series: How to Beat Your Competition Selling Real Estate to Foreign Buyers*.
